Yes. Go to Settings > Account Limits on the web or in the app. You can set daily, weekly or monthly caps on DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits. You can also request a temporary account pause by emailing [email protected] with the duration you want.

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with your account number and details. We'll review your withdrawal record and the payment gateway receipt. If the funds didn't arrive, we work with your bank or payment provider to trace and recover them.
